On Monday morning, the players and officials of Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) Ilorin FC were involved in a vehicular accident.
The incident occurred along the Ogbomoso-Ilorin expressway while the team was returning from their Nigeria National League (NNL) matches in Lagos.
According to the club's Media Director, Tosh Michaels, while no lives were lost in the accident, several players sustained minor injuries.
