On February 14th, 2025, Majority Leader of the 10th Benue State House of Assembly, Saater Tiseer, demonstrated his commitment to community welfare when he made an unexpected stop at the scene of a tragic accident along Makurdi-Abuja involving seven (7) Benue indigenes.
Upon stopping at the accident scene, Tiseer assessed the situation and worked swiftly to ensure that the victims received the medical attention they desperately needed.
According to an eyewitness who narrates to Circleson Television, Tiseer, who was on his way heading to Abuja, stopped at the scene where the accident happened and quickly took the victims to General Hospital Garaku, where six (6) of them were taken to the theater while three (3) persons were taken to General Hospital Keffi for better treatment at the expense of the Majority Leader.
Recognizing the financial burdens that can come with emergencies, the majority leader took it upon himself to cover the medical expenses of the victims, a gesture that underscores his dedication to serving the people of Benue State.
Reports show the majority leader, Tiseer, paid a total of N270,000 at General Hospital, Garaku, for their medical bills.
His timely intervention not only provided immediate assistance to the victims but also showed the importance of compassion and responsibility in leadership.
Back at home, the majority leader, Saater Tiseer, is well known for showing deep concern for the welfare of his people and has always said, "Every Life is Valuable. I believe in looking out for one another, particularly during their time of crisis and need. It is our collective responsibility to support those in need."
