Reverend Father Hyacinth Alia, the Governor of Benue State, has approved Denen Aondoakaa as the chairperson for the Bureau for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, bringing his expertise in economics and finance to the role.

Previously, he served as the Principal Special Assistant to the Governor, directing the Delivery Unit.

Aondoakaa's qualifications for the position are impressive, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration in Finance.

His professional experience includes stints as the Head of Revenue Optimization at the JED Makurdi Regional Office, Technical Advisor at the Benue Internal Revenue Service (BIRS), and Branch Operational Manager at Fidelity.

Meanwhile, Denis Akura has been appointed to provide counsel to the Governor on Financial and Economic Strategy, Planning, and Development.

It's worth noting that Reverend Father Hyacinth Alia's leadership style and decisions have been making headlines, including his suspension from the Catholic Church for joining politics.

Despite this, he has continued to push forward with his vision for Benue State.
