Juventus midfielder, Paul Pogba, has expressed his willingness to accept a reduction in salary in order to continue his tenure at the club.
Despite being under contract following a reduction of his ban to 18 months by the Court of Arbitration in Sport (CAS) due to a positive test for testosterone, ongoing negotiations are reportedly taking place between Pogba and Juventus regarding the potential termination of his contract.
Consequently, Pogba has been the subject of transfer speculation, with Marseille among the European clubs linked to the player.
Pogba is expected to return to competitive football in March of the upcoming year.
In his own words to Gazzetta, Pogba stated, "I am prepared to accept a salary cut to remain with Juventus. My focus lies in training and competing for the club. My performance on the field will be the true measure, and Thiago Motta will assess this with his own judgment."
