British boxing champion Daniel Dubois has expressed his ambition to ascend to the pinnacle of the sport and realize his full potential following his victory over compatriot Anthony Joshua on Saturday night.
The 27-year-old thwarted Joshua's quest to secure a third heavyweight world championship title by delivering a fifth-round knockout to defend his IBF belt at Wembley Stadium.
“l have only got a few words to say: Are you not entertained?” declared Dubois said at Wembley after beating Joshua.
“I’m a gladiator, I’m a warrior to the bitter end. I want to get to the top level of this game and reach my full potential.
“I have been on a rollercoaster ride. This is my time, this is my redemption story, and I’m not going to stop until l reach my full potential.”
