ABOUT FUWUKARI:
The Federal University Wukari was founded in 2011 under the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan as part of an initiative to establish nine federal universities in Nigeria. Situated in the town of Wukari in Taraba State, Nigeria, the university comprises six faculties housing a total of 25 departments. These faculties encompass Agriculture and Life Sciences, Humanities, Management, Social Sciences, and Pure and Applied Sciences.
As of January 2020, the university has been ranked as the 87th-best university in Nigeria by Webometrics.
