There are two primary methods for checking 2024 WAEC results, which can be done Online and via SMS.

Both methods necessitate the use of your 10-digit WAEC Examination Number (comprised of your seven-digit center number followed by your three-digit candidate number), the examination year (2024), and your WAEC result checker PIN.

How to Check WAEC 2024 Results Online

To access your WAEC examination results, please follow these steps:

1. Visit official WAEC website https://www.waecdirect.org/
2. Choose the type of examination you undertook (e.g., PRIVATE CANDIDATES RESULTS or SCHOOL CANDIDATES RESULTS).
3. Enter your 10-digit WAEC Examination Number. This number consists of your 7-digit center number followed by your 3-digit candidate number (e.g., 4123456789). If the examination year is before 1999, use an 8-digit examination number comprising your 5-digit center number followed by your 3-digit candidate number (e.g., 19865001).
4. Input the 4 digits of your Examination Year (e.g., 2002).
5. Select the type of examination.
6. Enter the e-PIN Voucher Number.
7. Provide the Personal Identification Number (PIN) from your e-PIN.
8. Click on “Submit” and await the display of your WAEC results for 2024, along with your grades for each subject.
9. Upon viewing your results, you may opt to print a hard copy for your records.

How to Check WAEC 2024 Results via SMS

1. Launch your messaging application and create a new SMS message.
2. In the message body, enter the following information in this format (without spaces): WAECExamNoPINExamYear. For instance, if your Exam Number is 4800101221, PIN is 123456789012, and the year is 2024, you would type: WAEC42501010011234567890122024.
3. In the recipient field, input the shortcode 32327 (applicable to MTN, Airtel, and Glo subscribers only).
4. Dispatch the SMS and anticipate a response containing your WAEC 2024 result, a service charge of ₦30 may be applicable, depending on your network provider.

NOTE: Please be informed that in order to check your results via text message, you must have purchased the WAEC Direct Scratch card."

The PIN from the scratch card is necessary for the PIN section of the SMS you will send to 32327. SMS charges will be applicable when checking your WASSCE results using text messages.
