Cynthia, the spouse of Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the host of the Big Brother Naija reality show, articulated her preference for a male child as her third offspring during an interview on the Mum’s Next Door podcast.
Cynthia and Ebuka entered matrimony in February 2016, and their union has bestowed them with two daughters, namely Jeweluchi and Irubinachi.
Indicating her aspiration for a male child, Cynthia acknowledged her desire to expand their family, affirming, "Yes, I definitely want one more child. I have 2 girls now so my prayers will be to have a boy." On the topic of her husband's stance on the matter, she clarified, "It is my decision.
Not Ebuka’s decision. My husband actually wanted just one child because he wants to be able to give the child the best. He said school fees, everything is so expensive so one is fine. But now, he is obsessed with our children and I’m sure if we have the third he will equally be obsessed."
