Arsenal has submitted a bid totaling €25 million, inclusive of bonuses, in an effort to secure the acquisition of Gabriel Carvalho, a promising Brazilian youngster, as reported by Football Transfers.
Overseeing the negotiations for Carvalho is Edu, the Brazilian transfer chief at Arsenal, renowned for his expertise in the South American market.
Currently aligned with SC Internacional, Carvalho's contractual agreement with the club is set to expire in 2028.
His inaugural professional appearance for Internacional this past June quickly captured attention.
Notably, at the age of 16 years, nine months, and 30 days, Carvalho became the youngest player to feature for the Brazilian club in the 21st century, thus surpassing the record previously held by former AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato.
