Modupe Akintan, ABUAD student, graduated with First-Class Honors, emerged Best Graduating Student in Computer Engineering

Modupe Akintan has achieved a significant milestone by attaining the highest academic standing in the Computer Engineering department at Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD).

Boasting a noteworthy Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.84 out of 5.00, she has earned a well-deserved first-class honors degree. Akintan's exceptional academic accomplishments have been duly acknowledged, as evidenced by her recognition as the top graduating student in Computer Engineering, alongside her attainment of a Microsoft certification.

Expressing her elation regarding her achievements on LinkedIn, Modupe shared, "I graduated as the BEST GRADUATING STUDENT in the Department of COMPUTER ENGINEERING from Afe Babalola University with a C.G.P.A of 4.84/5.00 and also obtained induction as a Graduate member of the Azure Expert."

Despite the challenges accompanying her active participation in various organizations, Modupe demonstrated exemplary dedication to her academic pursuits.

She held roles such as a member and the editor-in-chief of the Student Representative Council at ABUAD, the initial co-academic secretary of the Nigerian Universities Engineering Student Association at ABUAD, and the inaugural student branch chairman of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) at the university.
