Allan Kiuna, the esteemed senior pastor of Jubilee Christian Church (JCC) in Nairobi, Kenya. Bishop Kiuna passed away at a Nairobi hospital after his condition worsened on Tuesday. His battle with multiple myeloma cancer, which began with his diagnosis in 2018/2019, has been a source of great struggle.
Multiple myeloma is a form of cancer characterized by the accumulation of abnormal plasma cells in the bone marrow, resulting in tumors in various bones throughout the body.
In 2019, Bishop Allan Kiuna openly shared his cancer journey, expressing his appreciation for the support of God and the community. His passing has deeply affected many, including Kenya's President, William Ruto, who, in a condolence message, described Bishop Kiuna as a committed Christian leader who inspired numerous individuals to embrace the teachings of the Lord.
President Ruto extended his condolences to Bishop Kiuna's wife, Rev. Kathy Kiuna, and their family, expressing solidarity in this difficult time and praying for their strength during the grieving process.
May Bishop Allan Kiuna rest in peace, and may his loved ones find solace during this challenging period.
