Adeniyi stated that President Tinubu's decision to issue this directive was not based on legal guidelines but rather reflected his deep sense of generosity towards Nigeria.

Adeniyi further stated that the NCS would be closely monitoring the situation to ensure that there is no violation of this directive. He emphasized that the confiscated food items would be returned to their rightful owners, and it was imperative that these items were sold only in the Nigerian markets.

In conclusion, the directive issued by President Bola Tinubu has been communicated to the NCS, and their chief has reiterated the requirement to return the confiscated food items to their rightful owners. The NCS has also been instructed to ensure that these items are sold in Nigerian markets only, and any violation of this directive will not be tolerated.
