The National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Chief Ejezie Emeka Rollas, MON, expressed his gratitude to President Tinubu for his intervention in the health of Zack Orji.
The veteran actor has departed to the United Kingdom for a post-surgery assessment after receiving fatherly intervention from President Tinubu and motherly care from the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu. Seyi Tinubu, the son of the President, also provided his support, while the Minister for Women's Affairs, Barr. Uju Kennedy Ohanenye made relentless efforts to ensure that Zack Orji gets back on his feet as soon as possible. Orji's longtime friend, Ahmed Bala, also stood by him throughout the period.
Chief Ejezie Emeka Rollas, MON, appreciated the unprecedented support that President Tinubu has extended to the creative industry and his clear determination to uplift the sector to be more relevant and beneficial to both the practitioners and the national economy.
He also expressed his gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for the appointments of key professionals such as Ali Nuhu, Managing Director of Nigeria Film Corporation, Dr. Shaibu Husseini, Director General of National Film and Video Censors Board, and Obi Osika, Director General, of Council for Arts and Culture.
